Villa 3 Pines is located in the Inferetto suburb of Rome, where there are many beautiful villas with large gardens. It is well connected by inexpensive Italian public transportation to the historic center of Rome and near the beaches of Ostia. This Bed and Breakfast is unique in that it offers a beautiful swimming pool for the use of its guests. You host, Signora Greta, is a retired stewardess and she loves to pamper her guests. She serves home-baked rolls for breakfast and will gladly fix you eggs on request. She and her husband live in the villa but there is a private entrance for the B&B rooms, all of which are comfortably furnished with TV, small refrigerator, private bath ensuite and ceiling fans. In warm weather breakfast is served on the veranda which overlooks the pool and garden. This location also offers free private parking. There is a Suite on the second floor which offers two bedrooms, the perfect solution for a family, with a small balcony that overlooks the pool. This is also a lovely room for a honeymoon or anniversary.
