Bed and Breakfast 0502 in Rome - Colosseum, Esquilino, Repubblica, San Giovanni

This Bed and Breakfast is one of our largest, and is organized almost like a small hotel. This B+B has many rooms some on the ground floor, some on third floor without elevator. The main difference from a hotel is that the rooms are in three different buildings, which are all just a few steps from the reception area. The main structure has four floors with a charming roof terrace and a wine bar on the ground floor that also serves light meals, where you will find the reception area, with Fiammetta and Pino ready to answer your questions and help you find your way around Rome. Breakfast is served in the wine bar, and since this location has a license to handle food, breakfast here consists of fresh bread, butter and jam and your choice of coffee or tea. There is one room located on street level for customers who prefer not to climb steps. There are double rooms (that can also be reserved for single use), and larger rooms that can hold up to five persons. This location also has two rooms with small kitchens that can be used if you pay a 30 Euro cleaning fee at the end of your stay. All the rooms have air conditioning, private bath, TV and small refrigerators. As you can see from the photos, each room is charmingly unique, some with the original wood beam ceilings, and each has the name of a famous artist such as Caravaggio or Picasso. Some rooms have a kitchenette.
