This comfortable ground floor efficiencyapartment is located in the quiet residential section of Monteverde, convenient to public transportation, restaurants and stores. The apartment is air conditioned and features a large room with "letto matrimoniale" which is both wider and a bit shorter than an American queensize as well as a double futon sofa bed, bath with shower and hair dryer, a fully furnished, eat-in kitchen area set off from the bed area, TV and clothes iron. Although this apartment has no living room, it is perfect for 2 persons and can even hold up to 4 comfortably; a quiet oasis after a day of sightseeing in the Eternal City.
