It is located on the mezzanine floor of a typical Roman apartment building. Although not in the historic center, it is very well connected with Rome's excellent public transportation system. The apartment features a double bedroom with "letto matrimoniale" (slightly wider and shorter than an American queen-size), bath with shower and jacuzzi, fully furnished kitchen with microwave, TV with satellite dish, DVD and home theatre, and stereo with CD player. The living room has a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps one person. Although not air-conditioned, it does have a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the thick walls keep it naturally cool in the summer.
