This very special Attic apartment offers two choices for your stay. You can rent only the first floor which features features a bathroom with jacuzzi tub, half bath with a toilet, fully furnished kitchen, washing machine, living room, double bedroom, dining room and large panoramic terrace. Or, if you prefer, you can pay a bit more and enjoy an extra Penthouse room with a large terrace and a magnificent view of the romantic Trastevere area of Rome. The extra Penthouse room (accessible by an outside stair) features another bathroom, a single bed and a small double bed (about 63 inches by 61 inches) perfect for 1 or 2 children. The apartment is both air conditioned and heated, and is on the seventh floor with elevator service (to the main Attic apartment). The apartment is only 50 meters from the street-car stop and only 700 meters from the Trastevere train stop.
