This nice apartment is not in the historical center of Rome but the metro stop is really close to the apartment (about 50 meters). This apartment has a living room (with 1 double sofa bed), one bedroom with a double bed and a nice kitchenette. It is completely furnished and the owner to make you comfortable gives you a welcome kit with pasta and other Italian products so you may start immediately your "training" with the Italian style cooking. Also close to the apartment you will find many services, including a restaurant and a pizzeria; the owner has a special agreement with the restaurant for his guests. The lovely furnished bathroom has a shower with curtain. Also this apartment has a comfortable balcony. It is on the first floor. This area is particularly safe and quiet. The apartment is about 550 sq. ft.

- A deposit of 300.00 Euro is required at arrival to preserve for damages
- If air conditioning is requested, there is a charge of 35.00 Euro a week
- Prices don't include:
   - Utilities
   - Required final cleaning (40 Euro)
   - Linens & towels (15 Euro a person a change)
   - Cell.Phone (3 Euro a day + traffic)
   - Cleaning on request (30.00 Euro)
   - Transfer from airports operated by the owner
